Overview

The Modern Home of American Golf at Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa combines two 18‑hole championship courses designed by Gil Hanse and Beau Welling, a lighted 10‑hole short course, four on‑site pools—including an adults‑only rooftop infinity pool—and 13 dining destinations. Guests can enjoy the resort’s spa, entertainment district, and event space.

Omni PGA Frisco Resort is seeking an AM Server in Room Dining to deliver exceptional service to guests in their rooms or ranch homes. The server will create memorable experiences and support the resort’s food and beverage offerings.

• Maintain regular attendance and comply with Omni standards.
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance, uniform, and name tag.
• Provide outstanding service to members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Be familiar with menus and beverage offerings, including wine service.
• Complete station set‑up, breakdown, and side work.
• Maintain tabletop items and clean all water glassware during each shift.
• Keep salt, pepper, and sugar caddies full at all times.
• Take food and beverage orders and upsell as often as possible.
• Bus tables, dust tables, and clean the work area.
• Greet guests with a pleasant smile, using surnames when possible.
• Send orders via the MICROS system.
• Communicate meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the culinary team.
• Alert management of any guest suggestions, complaints, or issues.
• Present accurate checks and process payments.
• Assist new associates in orientation and training.
• Cross‑train among other food and beverage outlets as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of resort property.
• Attend department meetings and required company trainings.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the restaurant manager.

• Unexpired Food Handlers and TABC certifications required or obtained upon hire.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑task environment.
• Prior serving and cash‑handling experience preferred.
• Flexible shift availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• MICROS experience preferred.
