Job Description

Omni PGA Frisco Resort is seeking a motivated and passionate bartender for our Lounge by Top Golf. This gaming lounge offers high‑energy, chef‑driven food, local craft beers, and elevated cocktails. The bartender will deliver efficient, friendly service and maintain a clean, professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet all guests, anticipate guest needs, and respond to guest inquiries or requests.
• Have full knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
• Monitor and maintain bar cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the bar area.
• Provide silverware and condiments prior to food presentation at the bar area.
• Clean and reset the bar area as guests depart or a drink is completed.
• Set up and break down the bar properly.
• Follow triple‑sink procedures.
• Communicate professionally with management, kitchen staff, and serving staff at all times.
• Contribute to a professional workplace that maximizes employee morale, productivity, and effectiveness.
• Work well with a diverse front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff.
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol by following all legal requirements, including carding and consumption.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests and promptly record all transactions in the Micros system.
• Maintain guest tabs and process payment promptly.
• Monitor pars.
• Sell and upsell products.
• Work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of bartending experience in a high‑volume, casual environment is preferred.
• Commitment to quality service and food & beverage knowledge.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits.
• Unexpired Food Handlers and TABC certification, or obtain upon hire.
• Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to work outdoors.
