Bakery Key Holder - FRISCO, TX

Hourly Rate:$13-14/hour base pay + tips*(Approximately $2-3 per hour in tips)

As a Key Holder, you'll play a vital role in creating a delightful experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Baking and packaging cookies with precision and care.
• Providing exceptional customer service with a friendly demeanor.
• Assisting in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Participating in tasks such as folding boxes, restocking, and other duties assigned by the manager.
• No previous kitchen experience required; training will be provided.
• Possessing or obtaining a current food handlers card is a plus.

As aKey Holderat our bakery, you will be entrusted with important responsibilities that keep our operations running smoothly. You'll serve as a point of contact during your shifts, ensuring the bakery's success and maintaining a positive experience for both customers and fellow team members.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Ability to accurately handle and package cookies, perform cashier duties, and contribute to kitchen operations.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Customer service experience is a bonus but not essential.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service and fostering a safe and empowering work atmosphere.

You’ll need to be physically capable of:

• Occasionally lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs (flour, sugar, etc.).
• Standing, squatting, bending, twisting, reaching, walking, and leaning throughout your shift.
• Repetitive motion of wrists/arms during baking tasks.
• Maneuvering quickly in a confined space around hot ovens.
• Taking visual and audible cues for efficient operations.
