Overview

North Dallas Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Hospital is looking for Emergency Veterinarians to join the team at our Frisco location. NDVESH offers emergency services 24/7. At NDVESH, we see a wide range of emergency cases and have a variety of surgical opportunities for our doctors.

Who you are

We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable Veterinarian with a strong interest in surgery. Someone that is experienced in Emergency Medicine or internship trained. Someone who can handle the medical aspects of the job while delivering compassion and care to our patients and clients. Coaching and educating are important to us as we strive to create a collaborative environment where you can discuss and research cases among your colleagues.

You understand the importance of maintaining a positive, respectful, uplifting hospital culture and genuinely love working with people that share that same value. You are committed to outstanding client service, exceptional patient care and really want to make a difference!

The Hospital

NDVESH is approximately 13,500 square feet with 6 exam rooms, 2 ICU units, isolation for GI issues, isolation for respiratory, and the following state-of-the-art medical equipment:

  • 6 exam rooms
  • Brand new, 32-slice computed tomography (CT)
  • Dedicated critical care / ICU suite
  • 2 advanced surgical suites
  • In-house pharmacy
  • Separate gastro & respiratory isolation wards
  • Advanced minimally invasive surgical and scoping capabilities
  • Separate feline ICU ward
  • Classroom for continuing education
  • Ultrasound
  • Midmark Cardell Touch Monitors
  • Snyder oxygen cages
  • EzVET and Smartflow integration

Keeping a staffed hospital where our clients are cared for, and our veterinarians are supported is extremely important to us. We have criticalists on our team to ensure our ER is fully supported at all times. Our technical staff is comprised of an amazing team of skilled technicians with a wealth of knowledge and a desire to grow and learn.
