A respected specialty care team is seeking a skilled Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to administer IVIG (Intravenous Immunoglobulin) therapy for patients in the Frisco, Texas area.
This part-time home infusion role offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing nurses to provide focused, one-on-one care in a calm residential setting. You’ll partner with an experienced coordination and pharmacy support team to ensure every patient receives safe and effective treatment.
Key Responsibilities- Administer IVIG and specialty infusions per prescriber orders and established protocols.
- Evaluate patient tolerance, monitor for adverse events, and intervene appropriately.
- Perform and maintain vascular access through peripheral lines, PICC lines, or ports.
- Deliver patient and caregiver teaching regarding infusion care, medications, and safety.
- Document infusion details accurately in compliance with nursing standards.
- Collaborate with the scheduling and pharmacy team to ensure efficient coordination.
- Active RN license in Texas (Compact License accepted)
- At least 1 year of IV infusion or acute care experience
- Proficiency with IV starts, vascular access, and infusion pumps
- BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
- Prior IVIG or home infusion experience
- CRNI® or similar infusion specialty certification
Hourly Rate: $40.00 – $45.00 (commensurate with experience)
Mileage Reimbursement: Provided for patient-related travel
Flexible Scheduling: Visits coordinated in advance with the care team and patient
Timely Direct Deposit Payment following each completed visit cycle
