Title: Cardiac Progressive Care Nurse Manager – Frisco, TX
Compensation: $40.80 to $61.20 per hour equivalent (annual base $84,849–$127,274 DOE)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Days

Overview
Guide a busy cardiac progressive care team serving the North Dallas market. Lead clinical operations, elevate quality, and mentor a skilled nursing workforce in a collaborative culture.
Responsibilities- Own daily operations, staffing, and patient flow for cardiac stepdown
- Implement evidence-based protocols and unit-based quality projects
- Build physician partnerships and support interdisciplinary rounds
- Monitor KPIs, budget, and supply stewardship
- Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing teams
Required
- BSN and active Texas or Compact RN license
- 2+ years recent leadership in cardiac PCU/stepdown
- Prior experience in Magnet or Pathway to Excellence settings
- BLS and ACLS (or obtained per policy)
Preferred
- MSN or master’s in related field
- National cardiac/PCU specialty certification within 12 months
- Hourly equivalent $40.80–$61.20 DOE
