Competitive Pay Rates

Start of Care Visit: $75/visit

Resumption of Care / Discharge: $65/visit

Regular Skilled Visit: $50/visit

Infusion Visits: $90 (first 2 hours), then $40/hour

Private Duty Nursing: $40/hour

Orientation / Training / Meetings: $20/hour

What You'll Do

Perform patient assessments and create personalized care plans

Deliver skilled nursing care per physician orders and protocols

Educate patients and families on health maintenance

Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance

Collaborate with Bright Star team and external healthcare providers

What You’ll Need

Active RN license in the state of practice

Home health or acute care experience preferred

Excellent clinical, organizational, and communication skills
