, 12400 N Dallas Parkway, Frisco, Texas, 75033.

Work hours:

Full Time – 36 Hours/Week;
Days 7:00 pm–7:00 am (Three 12‑hour shifts per week). Weekend shifts required.

Labor And Delivery Highlights

Here’s What You Need
  • Associate degree Nursing required or Nursing Diploma
  • BSN (Preferred)
  • 1 Year Experience as a registered nurse or completion of an RN residency program (Required)
  • 2 years of labor and delivery experience as a registered nurse (Preferred)
  • RN – Registered Nurse Upon Hire (Required upon hire)
  • BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly (Required)
  • NRP – Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program 90 Days (Required)
  • ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days (Required)
  • IFM – Intermediate Fetal Monitoring 6 Months (Required upon hire)
  • NRPA – Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program 90 Days (Required)
  • CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 Days Required
What You Will Do
  • Deliver care to patients utilizing the Nursing Process
  • Assess the patient
  • Plan the care of the patient
  • Intervene as appropriate
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions
  • Incorporate age‑specific safety/infection control measures into patient care.
  • Initiate action to meet patient and/or significant others’ need for information
  • Maintain continuity of patient care inter‑shift, inter‑hospital, and while expediting out‑of‑hospital transfers.
