Are you a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse looking to grow your career in home health care? Bright Star Care of Frisco/Carrollton is actively seeking a dedicated Infusion Nurse to join our award‑winning team. You’ll have the opportunity to provide personalized, high‑quality care to patients in the comfort of their homes with a focus on infusion therapy and travel primarily within North Dallas, University Park, and Frisco.

• Infusion Visits: $90 for the first 2 hours, then $40/hour
• Orientation/Training/Meetings: $20/hour

• Provide safe and effective infusion therapy and other skilled nursing services
• Implement care plans with strong clinical judgment
• Accurately document patient care using electronic health records
• Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care in home environments

• Active and unrestricted Texas RN license
• Wound care experience is required
• At least 1 year of nursing experience in home health or clinical setting
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Must be available Saturdays and on‑call Sundays
• Must be available at least 1 weekday
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• TB test within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)
• Able to lift 50+ lbs
