Home Health Pediatric RN PRN – Bright Star Care of Frisco/Carrollton

Competitive Pay:

• Start of Care Visit: $75/visit
• Resumption of Care/Discharge: $65/visit
• Regular Skilled Visit: $50/visit
• Infusion Visits: $90 for the first 2 hours, then $40/hour
• Private Duty Nursing (PDN): $40/hour
• Orientation/Training/Meetings: $20/hour

Pediatric Focused RN Role:

We are seeking Registered Nurses with pediatric experience to provide care in a home setting. Whether it’s short‑term skilled visits or long‑term private duty shifts, you’ll be supporting families and improving the quality of life for young patients in need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized care plans
• Educate patients’ families on treatment and health maintenance
• Document care accurately and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other team members to optimize care

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of practice
• Pediatric and home health experience strongly preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A passion for delivering compassionate, family‑centered care
