Regional Manager

Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Regional Manager.

As the Regional Manager, you will oversee operations, performance, and strategic direction across multiple locations within a designated region, ensuring consistent execution of company goals, high customer satisfaction and strong team leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support managers and staff at multiple locations within the region
  • Drive regional sales goals, customer service standards and profitability
  • Monitor and analyze store or site performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Recruit, train and develop management teams to ensure operational excellence
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and brand standards
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and regional initiatives
  • Implement company-wide programs, promotions and policy changes
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and operational challenges
  • Manage regional budgets and financial performance, including cost control
  • Conduct regular site visits, audits and performance reviews
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Several years of multi-location management experience, typically in retail, hospitality, sales or service industries
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, sales forecasting and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication, decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in business software (e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office, POS systems)
  • Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region
  • Knowledge of regional market trends and customer behaviors
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
