Regional Manager
Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Regional Manager.
As the Regional Manager, you will oversee operations, performance, and strategic direction across multiple locations within a designated region, ensuring consistent execution of company goals, high customer satisfaction and strong team leadership.
Responsibilities- Supervise and support managers and staff at multiple locations within the region
- Drive regional sales goals, customer service standards and profitability
- Monitor and analyze store or site performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Recruit, train and develop management teams to ensure operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and brand standards
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and regional initiatives
- Implement company-wide programs, promotions and policy changes
- Resolve escalated customer issues and operational challenges
- Manage regional budgets and financial performance, including cost control
- Conduct regular site visits, audits and performance reviews
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Several years of multi-location management experience, typically in retail, hospitality, sales or service industries
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Strong understanding of budgeting, sales forecasting and performance metrics
- Excellent communication, decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in business software (e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office, POS systems)
- Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region
- Knowledge of regional market trends and customer behaviors
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
