Overview

  • Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project success.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Resolve project-related issues and conflicts in a timely manner.
  • Prepare detailed project documentation and reports for stakeholders.

  • Mentor and support team members in their professional development.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management; 15 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing complex construction projects successfully.
  • Strong knowledge of construction industry standards and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Commitment to ensuring safety and compliance in all project phases.
