We’re seeking a Director HR Business Partner to shape our global Customer Operations talent strategy and drive the execution of people solutions that enable business growth. Reporting to the Sr. Director, PX HRBP, Aircraft, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the Sr. Director Customer Operations, and work alongside functional and regional HR leaders through a period of growth and organizational transformation.

In this role, you will collaborate across the People Experience organization to support both functional and regional business needs. You’ll help shape a culture that attracts, develops, and empowers exceptional talent—enabling teams to make meaningful impact every day.

What you’ll do
  • Shape and execute the global talent strategy for the Deployed Operations, Flight Test, and Customer Success function — translating business goals into integrated, scalable people strategies and initiatives that accelerate business growth and deliver results
  • Partner with executives as a trusted advisor
    , coaching and developing leaders to build high-performing, learning-driven teams and a culture of innovation.
  • Act as the strategic connector between business units, HR Centers of Excellence, and regional teams—ensuring talent programs and solutions are aligned, data-driven and impactful as they are deployed strategically into various client organizations. Monitor results and work collaboratively to address gaps.
  • Leverage insights and analytics to track organizational health and culture, diagnose challenges, and design agile solutions that fuel business success. Use data driven diagnostics tools and processes to develop solutions to continuously improve org effectiveness.

  • Lead as part of the People Experience and HRBP Leadership Team

  • Partner with the Chief People Officer to lead our HR transformation—designing a global service delivery model that delivers integrated People Experience services and solutions into international regions while balancing speed, innovation, and operational excellence
