Experienced business leader to oversee project and program management across Global Operations, ensuring success of new products to market. Strong cross‑functional collaboration with marketing, product, and engineering.

• Lead end‑to‑end servicing journey for all new products and services across global operations (impacting contact centers, back office, fraud, AML, and collections).
• Partner and execute growth initiatives, balancing long‑term strategy with near‑term member experience and agent engagement outcomes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, content, and partnerships teams to outline critical product requirements, risk mitigation, and operational readiness.
• Set and achieve operations KPIs inclusive of member CSAT scores, complaints, PC NPS, and risk mitigations.
• Optimize existing partnerships to enhance strategies and offering capabilities; communicate roadmap to keep teams informed.
• Work closely with product management to create seamless customer experience, improving agent experience and removing pain points for members.
• Stay informed about product rollouts, risks to launch dates, staffing, training, and other operations risks; keep senior leader team informed.

• 8+ years in operations, contact center strategy, or program and project management.
• Proven experience launching new offerings and services.
• Strong analytical skills; deep understanding of capacity planning, workforce management tools, learning and development.
• Self‑driven, proactive, bias for action; willing to take on various tasks.
• Good understanding of financial servicing landscape, key players, competition.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, self‑driven environment; experience developing and launching new offerings and services.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Specific experience in finance operations, new product launches, program and project management.
