Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee gym operations to ensure club runs smoothly and efficiently
• Drive member satisfaction through exceptional customer service and engagement, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly and professionally
• Recruit, train, and manage staff, ensuring alignment with Company’s core values and commitment to providing a best-in-class experience
• Maintain and upload all compliance standards, procedures, and policies to optimize gym efficiency and profitability
• Maintain gym cleanliness and organization, ensuring all equipment is in optimal condition and facilities meet high hygiene standards
• Monitor and manage financials, including membership sales, retention, and overall revenue growth

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience (3+ years) in fitness, retail, or hospitality
• Sales and customer service expertise, with the ability to drive membership and retail growth and foster long-term member retention
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals
• Demonstrated integrity in decision-making, team management, and member interactions
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• A tenacious approach to problem-solving and goal achievement
• Strong sense of accountability, taking ownership of responsibilities and results and holding your team to the same standard
• High level of professionalism, maintaining a respectful, positive, and composed presence, setting the tone for the entire club
• Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support the gym’s operations and member experience
