Housekeeper – Cypress Lake at Stonebriar Apartments (Frisco, TX)

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site

Cypress Lake at Stonebriar Apartments is seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Housekeeper to keep our community looking its best every day. This role is essential to ensuring our residents, prospects, and team members enjoy a clean, welcoming environment throughout the property.

• Clean and maintain the leasing office and all amenity spaces daily (clubhouse, fitness center, restrooms, business center, etc.)
• Perform routine cleaning of model units to ensure they remain tour‑ready
• Complete touch‑up cleans in vacant apartments
• Assist with full apartment cleans prior to move‑ins
• Clean breezeways, light fixtures, and select exterior common areas as needed
• Maintain and organize cleaning supplies
• Report maintenance needs or safety concerns to the management team

• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, inviting spaces
• Ability to work independently and follow a daily cleaning schedule
• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
• Reliable, professional, and self‑motivated
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and walking the property
