The Supply Chain Planning Manager at T-Mobile plays a key role in aligning procurement and material plans with demand forecasts to ensure inventory levels are optimized to support business objectives and operational performance targets. This role manages inventory across the product lifecycle, coordinating purchasing, production, engineering, and supplier activities to maintain material availability while minimizing excess and obsolescence risk.

The manager partners cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Engineering, Logistics, and supplier partners to review forecasts, address supply exceptions, and mitigate potential disruptions. Through regular analysis of demand trends, inventory health, and replenishment strategies, this role ensures alignment between buy plans and forecasted requirements while supporting revenue and service-level commitments.

In addition, the Supply Chain Planning Manager supports both forward and reverse supply chain activities—involving forecasting, sourcing coordination, inbound logistics, warehousing, material deployment, returns management, and asset recovery processes—to enhance inventory efficiency, reduce downtime risk, and improve overall material lifecycle performance.

• Develops and implements strategies for inventory control, demand forecasting, and material management to align buy plan with demand forecast
• Analyzes inventory throughout the product lifecycle to ensure efficient material movement in collaboration with purchasing, production, and engineering teams
• Collaborates with suppliers and internal teams to ensure inventory levels are optimized to meet market demands and support revenue targets
• Enhances operational efficiency by applying expertise in demand and/or replenishment planning
• Monitors and analyzes trends to make informed decisions that support the seamless flow of goods and services
• Supports T-Mobile's commitment to customer service and supplier relationship management through effective supply chain practices

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Required)
• Master's/Advanced Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or related field (Preferred)
• 4-7 years - Experience in inventory planning and demand forecasting within the supply chain sector
• 4-7 years - Experience in managing supplier relationships and collaborating with internal teams to align supply chain processes
• 4-7 years - Experience in implementing strategies for inventory control and material management to optimize supply chain operations
