Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 per year

• Assist attorneys in employment law matters, including workplace disputes, wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, wage & hour violations, and compliance matters
• Support personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, workplace injuries, and wrongful death claims
• Conduct legal research on employment and personal injury laws, statutes, and case precedents
• Draft and prepare legal documents such as demand letters, pleadings, discovery responses, employment contracts, and settlement agreements
• Organize and manage case files, deadlines, and attorney calendars to ensure timely filings and compliance
• Assist with discovery processes, including document review, deposition summaries, and evidence gathering for both employment and personal injury cases
• Coordinate witness interviews, expert consultations, depositions, and trial preparation
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel to facilitate case progression
• Assist in litigation support, including e-filing in state and federal courts
• Review and summarize medical records, employment documents, and other relevant evidence

• Education:
  
  Bachelor s degree and/or Paralegal Certification from an accredited program
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 3+ years of experience in employment law, and personal injury experience in Texas
• Strong knowledge of federal and Texas employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, Title VII, FLSA, and labor law regulations
• Familiarity with personal injury case processes, including demand drafting, settlement negotiations, and litigation support
• Proficiency in legal research tools (Lexis Nexis, Westlaw) and case management software
• Excellent legal writing, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
• Experience with e-discovery, document review, and trial preparation
• Strong client service skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
