C. Dixon, PLLC, located in Frisco, TX, is seeking a motivated, qualified attorney with a focus on Family, Probate, and Personal Injury to become part of our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in at least one of these practice areas and demonstrate a willingness to broaden their knowledge by learning the others. • Advise and represent clients in business law matters, including entity formation, contracts, compliance, and dispute resolution.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare legal opinions.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing timely updates and guidance.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the highest level of client service.
Qualifications
  • A licensed attorney with a dependable work ethic and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong client care and clear, professional communication.
  • Proactive, creative, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to grow within the firm.
  • Interest in networking, relationship-building, and maintaining a professional presence on social media.
  • 3+ years of relevant legal experience.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule (in-office and remote).
  • Team player who values a family-oriented, people-first workplace culture.
  • Commitment to long-term professional growth within the firm.
Compensation & Growth
  • Compensation: $100,000+ yearly DOE plus commission.
  • Attorneys will receive commission for originating cases and for exceeding minimum billable hour requirements. After six months of consistently meeting performance expectations, the firm will also consider implementing a bonus structure.
