- Handle all aspects of probate matters, including estate administration, probate litigation, and drafting related legal documents.
- Advise and represent clients in business law matters, including entity formation, contracts, compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare legal opinions.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing timely updates and guidance.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the highest level of client service.
- A licensed attorney with a dependable work ethic and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong client care and clear, professional communication.
- Proactive, creative, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to grow within the firm.
- Interest in networking, relationship-building, and maintaining a professional presence on social media.
- 3+ years of relevant legal experience.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule (in-office and remote).

- Commitment to long-term professional growth within the firm.
- Compensation: $100,000+ yearly DOE plus commission.
- Attorneys will receive commission for originating cases and for exceeding minimum billable hour requirements. After six months of consistently meeting performance expectations, the firm will also consider implementing a bonus structure.
