UI​/UX Designer; Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex

Our client, a large, consumer‑focused organization is seeking a creative and strategic UI/UX Designer to join a cross‑functional technology and marketing team. This role is responsible for designing intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling digital experiences across web and mobile platforms
, helping translate business objectives and user needs into simple, elegant journeys that drive engagement and conversion.

• Design user‑centered interfaces for digital products, ensuring consistency across platforms and alignment with established brand guidelines
• Conduct user research, develop personas, map user journeys, and create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs
• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, marketers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Translate business and technical needs into clear user flows and development‑ready design assets
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, testing results, and performance data to improve usability and outcomes
• Present design concepts and rationale to cross‑functional teams and leadership
• Stay current on UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices, with a strong focus on accessibility and inclusive design standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
• 7+ years of professional experience designing UX/UI for web and mobile products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end digital product design, from research through execution
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite)
• HTML/ CSS experience is a must!
• Solid understanding of user‑centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards
