Seeking an experienced Campus Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end university hiring, manage campus programs, and build strong academic partnerships.

- Handle full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, coordination.

- Oversee internship programs and early‑career onboarding.
- Track hiring metrics and maintain ATS accuracy.
- Support employer branding initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 4–8 years of campus recruitment experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
- Excellent planning and multitasking abilities.
- Experience hiring for tech/engineering/business roles.
- Background in internship or leadership development programs.
- Knowledge of campus hiring trends and best practices.
