Recruiter
Jovie is seeking a Recruiter to help grow our team of exceptional caregivers. In this partially remote role, you’ll source, screen, and onboard nanny and sitter candidates using , Indeed, and other recruiting tools. You’ll play a key part in building our talent pipeline and ensuring we hire trusted, reliable caregivers for the families we serve.
This role offers
flexible part‑time hours and requires on‑site availability in our Frisco office one day per week . Occasional evenings or weekends may be needed during peak hiring periods.
- Source, screen, and interview nanny and sitter candidates through , Indeed, and other ATS platforms
- Review applications, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews
- Manage candidate communications and track progress within the ATS
- Create and post engaging job ads to drive applicant flow
- Support candidates from application through onboarding and orientation
- Build strong, friendly relationships with applicants and represent Jovie’s mission and values
- Track recruitment metrics, hiring needs, and pipeline data
- Attend and support monthly caregiver orientations (virtual and/or in‑person)
- Collaborate with staffing and leadership teams to align hiring with scheduling needs
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, or customer service
- Familiarity with , Indeed, or other applicant tracking systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple candidates
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently
- Friendly, positive, people‑focused attitude
- Ability to work from the Frisco office one day per week , plus remote hours
- Availability for occasional evenings/weekends during higher‑volume hiring periods
