We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Talent Relations to lead our creator talent acquisition, partnerships, and relationship management strategies.

This role will be instrumental in expanding Dude Perfect's network of collaborators, managing high-profile partnerships, and identifying new talent opportunities that align with our brand values and content goals.

Position Overview

The Head of Talent Relations will serve as the primary strategic partner and advocate for all talent associated with Dude Perfect, including internal core creators, external collaborators, and on-screen personalities. This role requires an experienced, highly professional leader who can build strong, trust-based relationships, navigate complex talent needs, and drive initiatives that enhance talent experience, retention, and growth.

This position is both a strategist and a hands-on operator, responsible for defining and executing talent management strategies, overseeing contracts and negotiations, and ensuring alignment between talent and company vision. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the entertainment ecosystem, excellent judgment, and the ability to balance business goals with talent-centric care and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Development

  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage new creator talent for collaborations, guest appearances, and long-term partnerships
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with athletes, celebrities, influencers, and content creators across multiple platforms
  • Design and implement comprehensive talent scouting strategies to discover emerging creators and sports personalities
  • Lead contract negotiations and partnership agreements with talent representatives and agencies

Strategic Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Dude Perfect and external talent, agencies, and management companies
  • Coordinate cross-promotional opportunities and collaborative content creation with internal and external partners
  • Manage talent scheduling, logistics, and production requirements for video shoots, live events, and activations
  • Ensure all talent partnerships uphold Dude Perfect’s brand values and content strategy
  • Build and maintain relationships with major talent agencies (e.g., CAA, WME, UTA) and cultivate connections within sports leagues and athletic organizations
  • Develop partnerships with emerging social media platforms and their creator programs
  • Represent Dude Perfect at industry events, conferences, and networking forums

Talent Integration & Management

  • Develop positive working relationships with creative, production, and partnerships teams to seamlessly integrate talent into content concepts and schedules
  • Oversee the execution of talent-driven content from initial concept through publication and promotion
  • Ensure external talent meets content obligations and maintains professional engagement with the brand
  • Oversee internal creator talent employees
  • Support the CEO and other executives in connecting talent relations to the content roadmap, strategic planning, and special projects
  • Coordinate with legal and business affairs teams on talent agreements, rights clearances, and compliance matters
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in talent relations, athlete relations, talent management, or talent strategy, ideally within entertainment, media, sports, or creator-driven businesses
  • Prior experience working at a talent management agency a plus
  • Proven track record of managing high-profile talent relationships with diplomacy, discretion, and exceptional communication skills
  • Deep knowledge of talent contracts, negotiations, rights management, and industry best practices
  • Ability to operate at the intersection of creative vision, business priorities, and talent needs
