Description: Talent Acquisition Consultant
The Talent Acquisition Consultant will be responsible for providing Human Resources Talent Acquisition support to a business unit and positions under moderate supervision. This role involves leading a medium to large number of clients, handling roles with varying organizational complexity, and managing responsibilities across multiple geographic markets.
Position Responsibilities:
Strategic AdvisorProvides overall talent acquisition direction and execution for a business unit(s) in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Lead active sourcing and recruiting for qualified candidates using various search tools, processes, and strategies.
Ensure screening processes are completed, assessing candidates for qualifications, experience, and competency fit using appropriate selection tools.
Lead the full life cycle recruiting services, attracting candidates to Comerica.
Manage relationships with hiring managers, understanding their needs, maintaining communication, and presenting qualified candidates while managing interviews and offers.
Conduct regular meetings with HR Consultants to identify future staffing needs and share information, ensuring a cohesive team approach. Collaborate with HR functions like Compensation, Benefits, and Technology to facilitate effective hiring processes.
Provide accurate staffing results and metrics in a timely manner.
Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local laws, and complete necessary compliance training.
Manage relationships with external vendors involved in contingent and retained searches.
Seek and suggest enhancements to technology, processes, and policies to improve team results.
