Full Time | Day Shift | 4/10’s | 7:00am-5:30pm | Rotating weekday day off

Requirements & Responsibilities

Call Requirement: Must reside within 30 min of facility;
Avg. 9-10 days of call per month including 1 weekend per month
Experience Requirement: 2 years Cath or EP Lab experience preferred. ICU or IR experience accepted.
Case Types: Cardiac catheterization/PCI, Impella, IABP, Vascular intervention, EVAR, Device implantation
Cases per day: 4-10
Role: Circulate, Sedate, Monitor. Must be able to stand while wearing lead for long periods of time. This role involves frequent exposure to moments of above average pressure.

The Role

    Conducts accurate clinical assessments, identifies nursing diagnoses, develops and evaluates the nursing plan of care, and adapts the plan to achieve outcomes.

  • Ability to observe patient condition changes and communicate them to staff and physicians.
  • Ability to provide age-specific, patient-centered care and develop/modify care plans as needed.
  • General computer skills (Microsoft Office, EMR, scheduling, payroll systems, email).

    Grad of an Accredited Program or 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualification

    2 Years of Experience
  • Certification/License:
    Basic Life Support (BLS);
    Registered Nurse (RN); ACLS (must have both ACLS and BLS within 30 days of hire)
