• Minimum 7 years of Cerner Millennium experience.
• Strong expertise in Cerner First Net (Emergency Medicine) workflows.
• Experience with build and configuration including ED LaunchPoint, tracking boards, and clinical documentation.
• Ability to resolve complex issues and provide SME-level guidance.
• Willingness to work in support services and on-call environments.

• Cerner application support, enhancements, incident management, or Millennium project experience.
• Hands-on experience performing complex troubleshooting and change management.
• Experience documenting solutions, workflows, and knowledge articles.

• Support and enhance Cerner First Net Emergency Medicine workflows.
• Guide customers through workflows, upgrades, enhancements, and system changes.
• Resolve escalated issues during operations, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Perform complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Maintain documentation including notes and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with peers and customers to ensure effective system support.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders.

• Cerner Radiology (Rad Net).
• Cerner Pharmacy (Pharm Net).
• Cerner Power Orders and Power Plans.
• Cerner MPages.
• Cerner Registration and Scheduling.
• Cerner HIM and Clinical Reporting.
• Cerner Millennium architecture and data model.
• CCL (Cerner Command Language).
• Discern Visual Developer.
• Olympus.
• Service Now and ITIL processes (preferred).

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Medical or clinical background preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
