We are seeking a Monolingual or Bilingual CCC‑SLP (one year of pediatric experience preferred). Candidates must hold a valid Texas Speech‑Language Pathology license.

Two Options for Compensation:

• Employee Pay Per Visit (PPV) – W2 position with an hourly rate of $50‑$76/hour; you are only paid when you are with a patient. Comes with benefits if at least 20 hours/week.
• Contractor/PRN – 1099 position, paid at $30/30 minute session ($60/hour) and $80/evaluations. No benefits.

Flexible with days and hours to work. Start Part‑time and build to Full‑time. Full‑time benefits start at 30 hours/week+.

• Pediatric speech therapy experience (student internships or CF experience accepted)
• Active Texas SLP license
• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology / Communication Disorders
