• Support company health and wellness initiatives
• Understand and adhere to HIPAA regulations and the company’s policies
• Maintain current national and/or state registration, certification, or license as required
• Assist the pharmacist in all responsibilities except those requiring professional judgment
• Provide an excellent customer experience while accurately completing reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing
• Coach and train clerks and/or technicians
• Compound medications according to state and other regulations
• Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription information matches computer records
• Support non-dispensing services through various platforms and applications
• Complete all aspects of CLIA-waived screenings in line with state and federal law and company policies
• Provide additional health and wellness services permitted by state and regulatory bodies
• Comply with sanitation and safety regulations and report unsafe conditions to store management
• Report all illegal activity, including robbery, theft, or fraud
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to handle highly confidential information
• Completion of national registration, certification, or licensure

• Previous comparable experience
• Equivalent experience as a pharmacy technician
