- Support company health and wellness initiatives
- Understand and adhere to HIPAA regulations and the company’s policies
- Maintain current national and/or state registration, certification, or license as required
- Assist the pharmacist in all responsibilities except those requiring professional judgment
- Provide an excellent customer experience while accurately completing reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing
- Coach and train clerks and/or technicians
- Compound medications according to state and other regulations
- Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription information matches computer records
- Support non-dispensing services through various platforms and applications
- Complete all aspects of CLIA-waived screenings in line with state and federal law and company policies
- Provide additional health and wellness services permitted by state and regulatory bodies
- Comply with sanitation and safety regulations and report unsafe conditions to store management
- Report all illegal activity, including robbery, theft, or fraud
- Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age
- Ability to handle highly confidential information
- Completion of national registration, certification, or licensure
- Previous comparable experience
- Equivalent experience as a pharmacy technician
