We are seeking Licensed Massage Therapists excited to provide clients with the best therapeutic massage and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Have lots of fun, make lots of money! Repeat.
  • Greet each client with a warm smile, by their first name, with a handshake
  • Master the intake process, gather client information, develop a massage session, and plan and educate the clients on therapeutic add‑ons:
    Himalayan salt stones, cupping, herbal ritual & aroma therapy
  • Check in with clients during sessions to ensure pressure is adequate at least three times: once within the first 5 minutes, once at the half‑way point and once during the final 10 minutes
  • Following the session, debrief clients and make recommendations through the Professional Recommendation Card
  • Write accurate and timely SOAP notes prior to leaving studio for the day
  • Arrive on time to studio to ensure proper preparation for clients
  • Begin and end massages on time
  • Follow proper draping and prenatal protocols
  • Be courteous and professional with all clients
  • Adhere to studio policies and practices
  • Stay professional and quiet both inside and outside sessions to ensure the best possible environment for clients
  • Complete downtime checklist when not in sessions
  • Dress in uniform (Studio Dress Code) and refrain from using scented lotions, aromatherapy, or perfumes while on duty
  • Complete beginning and end of shift room and studio duties
  • Assist with keeping the studio clean and professional
  • Maintain licenses, CEU requirements, and carry current liability insurance
  • Comply with HIPAA and applicable state privacy and security laws
  • Actively participate in staff meetings and communicate with coworkers
  • Follow the Elements Massage guiding principles to ensure a warm and inviting environment for both clients and staff
  • Provide timely and appropriate communication with studio management
  • Inform manager of any changes of address/phone, continuing education, etc.
  • Be flexible in a changing environment
Qualifications
  • Active Massage License (Required)
  • Liability Insurance (Required)
  • Medical/Clinical Massage Therapy Experience
  • Positive, driven personality
  • Flexible & Adaptable
  • Strong Team Player
  • Must have availability to work evenings and weekends (at least 1 day during weekend)
  • Preferred prenatal, cupping and other modalities (additional commissions)
  • We are seeking New Graduates, Experienced, and Highly Seasoned Therapists
