- Oversee program development and implementation, ensuring alignment with client and organizational goals
- Conduct post‑implementation analysis and assist in refining project processes for efficiency
- Lead strategic meetings with pharmaceutical partners, including quarterly business reviews and program success discussions
- Analyze operational issues and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery and reduce expenses
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare, or a related field
- Minimum of 5‑7 years of experience in a healthcare‑related field
- At least 4 years of experience in account management within the healthcare sector
- Proven experience in managing projects from initiation to closure and ensuring deliverables are met
- Familiarity with third‑party vendors and managing contractual agreements
- Advanced degree in a relevant field
- Experience preparing and delivering client‑facing presentations, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Strong ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Innovative problem‑solving skills consistent with organizational objectives
- Knowledge of current trends in the healthcare industry
