- Assist in the implementation of physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises, activities, and interventions.
- Monitor and document patient progress, including changes in functional abilities and response to treatment.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and modify treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and strategies for maximizing independence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Minimum of 6 months of patient care assistance experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology (a plus).
