• $900 – $1,600 per week (total compensation)
• Paid weekly

• Guaranteed hourly base ($14–$16/hr) – base is paid for all hours worked
• Tips (typically $9–$15/hr)

• Retail commissions

• Newer full‑time barbers: $23–$26/hr
• Experienced full‑time barbers: ~$38–$47/hr
• Earnings vary by schedule, experience, and consistency.

Consistent walk‑in and appointment traffic. Faster‑paced than boutique or luxury lounges. Designed for barbers who like busy days and full chairs.

• Valid Texas Barber or Cosmetology license
• Strong men’s haircutting skills (fades, tapers, beard work)
