Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Client Operations, based in our Frisco, TX office. The Director of Client Operations will oversee daily operational activities to ensure optimal client satisfaction, manage client accounts, develop and implement operational strategies, and handle financial transactions. They will ensure smooth workflows and enhance the overall customer experience by addressing and resolving client concerns efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and oversee all client operational workflows, from onboarding through ongoing service
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client service needs, ensuring timely, accurate, and proactive communication
  • Manage account administration, paperwork, custodial coordination, and money movement
  • Identify inefficiencies and design improved processes to enhance accuracy, consistency, and client experience
  • Maintain high service standards while supporting firm growth and increasing complexity
  • Collaborate closely with the advisory team to ensure operational excellence supports planning and advice delivery
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Account Management
  • Proven experience in Operations Management and process improvement
  • Working knowledge of financial planning and investments
  • Ability to lead, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects effectively
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client relationship skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Prior experience in the financial services or wealth management industry is a plus
