Your role as a Loan Operations SupportAs a new Loan Operations Support team member at Texas Republic Bank, you can expect to assist with loan documentation, data entry, and ensuring accuracy in loan processing. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and provide exceptional service to our customers. Your typical schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm, allowing for work‑life balance and consistency in your routine.
Expect to receive training and guidance as you familiarize yourself with our processes and systems to excel in your role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential for managing and analyzing loan data accurately. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure precision in loan documentation and processing. Familiarity with banking software and systems, such as Fiserv or Jack Henry, is advantageous. Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment are also key to success.
