We are seeking Assistant Teachers who are passionate about education and inclusive learning to support education. Our students span across homeschool, after‑school and neurodivergent communities. This role blends student support, tutoring, and instructional assistance with hands‑on activities in a high‑end educational environment.

• Assist with coding, robotics, and engineering workshops for K–8 students
• Support hands‑on projects in chemistry, biology, and applied science
• Provide individual and small‑group academic and STEM support
• Assist students with IEPs or 504 plans using adaptive strategies and positive reinforcement
• Provide targeted tutoring assistance in literacy, math, and STEM for K–12 students
• Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
• Assist with lesson plan development, classroom/inventory management, and activity setup
• Work with teachers, and administrators to support student success
• Communicate with parents and caregivers as directed
• Participate in team meetings and professional development

• High school diploma required;
  Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Education, STEM, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience working with children in educational or STEM settings.
• Familiarity with FLL, FTC, or other robotics competitions is highly desirable.
• Experience with chemistry and biology projects is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

For those in eligible roles, compensation may be revised on periodic basis in recognition of individual achievements and contributions.
