Director Position At The Goddard School Of Frisco (West), Texas
The Goddard School of Frisco (West), Texas, is looking for a motivated self-starter for a Director's position at our new school. A bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field, and management experience in a licensed childcare center or preschool is required. A candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and have a good understanding of age-appropriate activities for young children.
This preschool is a renowned early childhood education program with a Wonder of Learning foundation and an active learning approach. The preschool faculty is made of caring and dedicated teachers who understand each child s needs.
The faculty members are highly qualified childhood educators whose creativity and the state-specific learning outcomes serve as the basis for unique lesson plans brought to life in a fun and imaginative way. The ideal preschool Director has strong leadership skills, is an excellent communicator, and can motivate and inspire others.

- being a liaison between the school and the franchisor resources
- managing inventory
- BA or BS degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field
- experience managing in a licensed preschool setting
- excellent verbal and written communication skills, team building, and commitment to professional development
- 21 credits in early childhood education as required by IL
Job Type: Full-time
