Reports To:
Manager of Print/Mail/Sign Services. Work Year Days: 250 days, Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM.
Provide guidance, support and technical direction to Print Production Specialists ensuring efficient, accurate and timely completion of print center projects.
Qualifications- Education/Certification – High school diploma or GED.
- Special Knowledge/Skills – Knowledge of print concepts, design software, digital media; strong Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organization and leadership skills; ability to manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience – Prefer two years related work experience with digital printing, production workflows, or web‑to‑print systems; or any equivalent combination of experience and training.
- Serve as primary support for Print Production Specialists, providing necessary information and resources.
- Provide operational records, reports and status updates to support Print Service activities.
- Program and operate high‑volume digital production equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and coordinate with vendors.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels for print supplies.
- Assist external organizations and internal stakeholders with web‑to‑print ordering.
- Monitor workflows, balance workloads and ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide technical support, mentorship and hands‑on training to team members.
- Maintain professional, ethical conduct and support district expectations.
- Participate in staff training sessions for district employees.
- Promote a positive team environment focused on growth, collaboration and high performance.

Working ConditionsMental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors:
Maintain emotional control under stress. Frequent standing, stooping, bending, pulling and pushing. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Operate pallet jack and forklift. OSHA compliance with chemicals, materials and equipment. Manual dexterity required for operating office machinery.
