This position offers high income potential (up to $250,000-$500,000+ per year), a production-based compensation model, practice ownership opportunity, and split time between two Frisco locations.

• Clinical autonomy and support – in all aspects of HR, Marketing, and Operational Support

• Establishing and growing long‑term guest and team relationships
• Providing mostly fee‑for‑service and PPO guests with a wide range of general and cosmetic dentistry, including crowns, bridges, molar endo, and Invisalign
• Pursuing lifelong clinical learning and education with a collaborative group of doctors
• Assuming quality of care for guests while adhering to the highest standard of dental practice ethics and professionalism
