Job Title: Fuel Zone Coordinator

The Fuel Zone Coordinator oversees the daily operations in the Fuel Zone. They manage and motivate the Fuel Zone staff to ensure excellent customer service and productivity. They also monitor food quality, inventory and speed of service to create a positive customer experience and efficient business operation.

• Greets members and guests in a professional and welcoming manner
• Manages Fuel Zone team to ensure they consistently execute the basics in punctuality, dress code, friendliness, and cleanliness
• Acts as a shift leader by providing customer and team member support
• Ensures food is prepared and handled correctly and safely according to health code guidelines
• Provides coaching, promotion, and disciplinary recommendations to the OM
• Monitors all equipment to ensure everything remains in good condition, and reports any items that need repair or fixing to OM
• Manages inventory of Fuel Zone products, and submits order requests to OM
• Assists OM with creating the Fuel Zone schedule to ensure properly staffed based on traffic flow and payroll budget
• Keeps back-stock organized and sorted based on expiration date
• Adjusts product inventory as needed to ensure minimal waste
• Ensures Fuel Zone is properly opened and closed each day in a timely manner
• Develops relationships with members, clients and guests to ensure everyone feels welcome upon entering Fuel Zone
• Proactively engages club member base to drive sales in Fuel Zone
• Oversees sales transactions for purchased products
• Resolves member concerns and complaints in a professional manner within club parameters
• Drives club efforts in achieving revenue goals in the Fuel Zone

This is a full-time position. You will be scheduled to work five days per week, with your daily hours varying based on the needs of the club, the staff, and the members. Your hours will include prime time hours and some weekends and holidays. All members of the team may be required work the last two days of the month. Special events, promotions, and other demands will require some early mornings and late nights.
