Part‑time

It’s A Secret Med Spa is an elite medical spa with locations nationwide that empowers people by elevating their natural beauty through high‑performance injectables, lasers, and aesthetics. To fulfill our mission of making people feel unstoppable in their everyday lives, we want passionate, positive, and polished individuals to join us.

A Day in the Life of the Client Concierge
  • Warmly greet clients in person and over the phone, providing basic knowledge and education about our wide variety of services.
  • Manage front‑desk duties such as checking patients in/out, answering phone calls, greeting clients, overseeing inventory counts, and keeping supplies fully stocked while ensuring a positive and warm experience for our clients.
  • Maintain a clean and professional environment throughout the facility.
  • Assist providers and managers with client scheduling and maintaining the appointment books.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure streamlined processes within the location.
  • Ensure the POS system is managed effectively and accurately with all client appointment and employee information added.
Required Skills, Qualifications, And Experience
  • Previous customer service experience (1 year).
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends.
  • Previous experience working in a med spa or medical office preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate with proper etiquette.
  • Ability to multi‑task while being attentive to clients and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative.
  • Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic personality with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
  • Maintain patient/client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policy.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity with a strong ethical foundation.
  • Sound judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to reach above shoulder height, crawl, kneel, and push/pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  • Bilingual preference given.
  • Other duties as assigned.
