• Friendly and customer service focused
• Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently
• Create loan car contracts using dealership's computer system
• Thoroughly inspecting loan car vehicles, checking for damages, and making sure all vehicles are clean
• Reconcile toll and gas fees
• File necessary insurance claims
• File service invoices and loan car contracts
• Set up active deliveries and valets

• Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
• Able to walk and stand for long periods of time as well as work outside
• Able to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles preferred not required
• Able to work Flexible hours including weekends (Closed on Sunday)
• Have basic computer knowledge
• Customer Service experience is preferred
• Ability to provide quality customer service
• Professional appearance
• Ability to work independently
• Clean Driving Record
