Position Summary
The LT Recovery Coordinator delivers highest customer service to all members and guests through professional greetings, account maintenance, and extensive knowledge of LT Recovery products and services. They maintain day‑by‑day operations of the LT Recovery space and client accounts, anticipate member needs regarding LT Recovery products and services, maximize scheduling productivity, and assist the Life Clinic Coordinator when needed.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- LT Recovery Daily Operations: open and close the LT Recovery space; maintain cleaning schedule and turnover with the Personal Training Manager daily; ensure equipment and products are in good condition and submit work orders if needed; order supplies for the LT Recovery space; maintain knowledge of products/services offered within LT recovery.
- LT Recovery Front Desk Operations: answer phone calls and check voice messages; check members in and out for all LT Recovery services; schedule clients for appointments; use professional email daily; process client paperwork and file management; process transaction payments; manage client accounts.
- Member Engagement: greet and check in members with a warm professional greeting; provide excellent customer service and develop relationships with members, clients, and guests; own LT Recovery events and communicate to team members and members; assist clients with equipment setup.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Office management or related experience
- Knowledge or certification in exercise and sport science
- Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition, and program design
- Customer service experience
- Availability to work holidays and weekends
- Ability to perform aerobic activity for the duration of a class and bend, stand, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Experience in a clinic office or customer service based job
