Implementation Specialist

This role will be worked onsite at our corporate location in Frisco, TX, three days per week onsite, two from home.

Are you a recent graduate looking to launch your career in project management and client services? We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and hard-working individual to join our team as an Implementation Specialist. In this role, you’ll be a key part of our implementation process, including creating and maintaining project plans that align with the project scope. This is a client-facing role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is eager to learn and grow in the world of project delivery.

• Create & manage implementation project plans.
• Schedule and prepare for client meetings.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Document meeting notes, action items, and client decisions.
• Provide regular status updates to internal teams and clients.
• Document risks & elevate concerns to leadership when needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Fulfillment, Compliance, Marketing, IT, Claims, & more.

• Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• A quick learner who’s eager to grow and take on new challenges.
• Comfortable working with clients and internal teams.
• Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, or project management platforms (training provided).
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to exceed expectations.
