We are seeking an experienced Automotive Reconditioning Manager to lead and oversee our reconditioning operations. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader with deep knowledge of automotive interior, exterior, paint, and dent repair processes who can drive quality, efficiency, and profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day‑to‑day automotive reconditioning operations
  • Lead, train, and oversee reconditioning technicians across interior, exterior, paint, and dent repair
  • Set and maintain quality standards to ensure consistent, high‑level workmanship
  • Schedule workflow, prioritize jobs, and meet production timelines
  • Inspect completed work for quality control and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve processes, productivity, and profitability
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
  • Assist with hands‑on reconditioning work when needed
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in automotive reconditioning management
  • Strong technical knowledge of interior, exterior, paint, and dent repair
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team of skilled technicians
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Experience managing production goals and performance metrics is a plus
