NTB / Mavis Tires & Buffs at Discount Prices is hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians in the The Colony, TX area. We offer eligible Automotive Tire Technicians guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period, totaling up to $800, in addition to a base rate that is negotiable. Mavis is a large tire sales and automotive repair chain with over 2,000 locations.
Whatis this great career opportunity?
As an Automotive Tire Technician, you’ll be the backbone of our business. You’ll have a competitive base compensation plus the potential for additional earnings through weekly bonus payments tied to performance. No prior experience is required; paid training is provided. You’ll learn our industry-leading processes and be coached on our bonus programs.
Responsibilities- Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services (rotations, balancing, flat repairs) to keep customers’ vehicles operating safely.
- Earn weekly bonus payments on top of your guaranteed hourly rate based on performance.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Be able to work 5 days each week.
