Automotive Detailer Technician – Creative Colors International
OverviewProvide onsite detailing, deodorizing, and minor interior repair services from a mobile unit, primarily to commercial customers such as rental car companies, dealerships, body shops, insurance and private owners.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and develop customer accounts in a specified territory.
- Demonstrate quality detailing and repair techniques, and distribute marketing literature explaining services.
- Inspect vehicles for work and obtain customer approval as needed.
- Execute approved detailing and repair work.
- Prepare onsite invoices for all services delivered.
- Investigate and solve customer problems through teamwork.
- Provide daily and weekly reports to the company.
- Ability to work independently without day‑to‑day supervision.
- Good people skills and strong oral communication.
- Outgoing personality and self‑starter.
- Hands‑on problem‑solving experience.
- Capability to work in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license.
No prior automotive interior detailing or repair experience is necessary. Creative Colors International provides comprehensive on‑the‑job training and a technical certification review. After a minimum 30‑day orientation period, candidates will train alongside a CCI employee and complete a technical skills review in Dallas to earn a formal CCI technical certification.
