  Provide expert advice to wholesale customers regarding automotive parts, tools, and accessories.
• Assist customers in locating and identifying parts using catalog systems and online tools.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with stock ordering and receiving.
• Identify parts and ensure that the correct parts are provided based on customer needs.
• Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to fulfill customer orders and resolve issues.
• Assist in driving sales by suggesting product upgrades and additional parts based on customer needs.
• Help manage incoming and outgoing orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all shipments.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.

• At least 1-3 years of experience in an automotive parts counter or wholesale environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts, tools, and accessories, including makes, models, and parts identification.
• CDK experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and internal teams professionally.
• Comfortable using catalog systems, computers, and point-of-sale systems to find and process orders.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with wholesale customers.
• High attention to detail when handling orders, inventory, and customer needs.
• Valid Drive License and Clean Driving Record
