Position Overview:Jovie is seeking a Staffing & Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing team. In this partially remote role, you’ll coordinate caregiver schedules, maintain staffing coverage for families, and support caregivers throughout their shifts. You’ll be central to our daily operations, making sure families receive reliable care and caregivers feel supported.
This role offers
flexible part‑time hours and requires availability for some mornings, evenings and weekends.
- Manage and coordinate daily scheduling of caregivers across multiple family clients and locations
- Respond quickly to last‑minute requests, schedule changes, cancellations, and coverage needs
- Match caregivers to families based on availability, experience, and fit
- Maintain accurate scheduling records—hours, client preferences, assignments, and time reporting
- Communicate with caregivers to confirm shifts, answer questions, and provide ongoing support
- Serve as a friendly point of contact for families, providing timely updates and solutions
- Collaborate with recruitment and leadership on staffing needs and scheduling gaps
- Assist with onboarding caregivers into scheduling systems and tools
- Conduct customer satisfaction calls to drive bookings and feedback
- Plan and attend monthly caregiver trainings (virtual and in‑person)
- Proactive problem‑solver who thrives in fast‑moving situations
- 2+ years experience in scheduling, staffing coordination, operations, childcare, healthcare, or similar service industries
- Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
- Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with scheduling or ATS systems
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Availability for evenings and weekends
- Remote‑flexible role with monthly in‑person meetings at our Frisco office
