Frisco Family Services seeks a full‑time, detail‑oriented and organized Accounting Specialist.
Reporting to the Business Services Director, the Accounting Specialist is responsible for payables and receivables management, financial transaction posting, account reconciliations, audit support, payroll processing and coordination with our PEO, maintenance of personnel and accounting files, general procurement, and other aspects of administrative management.
Candidates must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks. Candidates must be detail‑oriented, with excellent time management skills. Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, donors, vendors, community partners, and staff.
Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Accounting or Business Administration, or related degree, with a minimum of 5 years’ bookkeeping/accounting experience in a non‑profit environment. Must have excellent computer skills and be proficient in Quick Books, Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Bilingual is a plus. This is an in‑office position.
