Overview
Most Tax Senior / Tax Supervisor roles feel like a holding pattern.
More returns. More review. Another busy season. Very little change in responsibility. This one is different. This independent CPA firm in Frisco (TX) is around twenty people strong and led by entrepreneurial Partners who genuinely enjoy what they do. They care about quality, value people who take ownership, and want future leaders visible early, not buried in prep work.
They are hiring a Tax Supervisor for someone ready to step up, not just get through another season. This role shifts the balance away from heavy preparation and toward review, leadership, and direct client work. You will look after your own book of work and be supported by a team of around nine tax preparers. You will be trusted with responsibility, given visibility with Partners, and developed with Tax Manager progression clearly in mind.
If you want exposure, influence, and a proper platform to prove yourself, this is it.
